Kirsten Smith – Patient Counselor
Kirsten grew up in Arizona and has worked in the medical field for over 20 years, with extensive experience in ophthalmology, dermatology, and plastic and reconstructive surgery. She has lived in San Francisco for almost two years after spending more than five years in Monterey, California. Known for her compassionate approach and strong organizational leadership, Kirsten is dedicated to creating a supportive and positive experience for every patient. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening, Pilates and barre classes, and cooking.
Natalie Crane – Office Manager
A native of Southern California, Natalie has resided in San Francisco for 30 years. A licensed esthetician, she is a graduate of St. Mary’s College of California with a BA in Communications. After a 20 year career in the apparel industry working for Gap Inc. and Levi Strauss & Co, she started an independent esthetics and skin care practice on Union Square. She now brings her passion for customer service, aesthetics and organization skills to our practice.
When she’s not helping patients, Natalie enjoys reading, swimming and photography.
